Customer Service Level We will respond to domain-related queries from our clients within at least 3 days, although usually, this will be significantly quicker.

Complaints Policy If you have a complaint regarding our domain registration services we ask you in the first instance to let us know by emailing hostmaster@sinorrah.co.uk or by telephone at the number published on our home page. If upon receiving a response to your complaint you are still dissatisfied with our service, and if your complaint is regarding a .uk suffix domain name, you are entitled to make a formal complaint about us to Nominet (the .uk registry) at the following URL: http://www.nominet.uk/resources/complaints/

Abuse of our services If you believe that somebody is misusing our services, for example using a domain registered by us for sending phishing scams, spam emails, etc, kindly raises the issue with us by sending an email to hostmaster@sinorrah.co.uk. All complaints will be dealt with in the strictest confidence and with the utmost urgency. We aim to respond within a maximum of 3 business days and resolve all issues within 5 working days.
