If upon receiving a response to your complaint you are still dissatisfied with our service, and if your complaint is regarding a .uk suffix domain name, you are entitled to make a formal complaint about us to Nominet (the .uk registry) at the following URL:

Abuse of our services If you believe that somebody is misusing our services, for example using a domain registered by us for sending phishing scams, spam emails, etc, kindly raises the issue with us by sending an email to All complaints will be dealt with in the strictest confidence and with the utmost urgency. We aim to respond within a maximum of 3 business days and resolve all issues within 5 working days.
